It must be that late evening is the worst time for me, or at least that’s how it seems so far. I was fine through my shower but right after that I had a serious problem with diarrhea, hot flashes and nausea. I almost took a pill to stop the nausea but waited a little and it went away. I really, really hate that feeling of hot water coming into your mouth right before you throw up, don’t you?? Finally, I felt okay and went on to bed and to a nice sleep.
I felt fine with I woke up and have felt fine all day long except for a few hot flashes now and then and some diarrhea along during the day. I didn’t do much today except make two quilt blocks and go to Kroger for a little while. Otherwise I’ve had a nice day.
I did get all caught up in the drama of the show Longmire on Netflix – boy, that’s one intense show. I had to switch to Frasier after a while. Whew!!
Tomorrow I have a lab appointment to see how my blood is doing and then a movie night with some friends – that’ll be nice. Then Friday, I get to go to Roswell and take the grandkids to swim lessons. That means pool time for me with Zoe and Coen and that’s always a good time.
Morning weight – 212.6!!! Bet it’ll be higher tomorrow. Ain’t diarrhea nice??? hahaha
