A very nice day

September 4, 2017 Labor Day Monday

I had a wonderful day playing with the kids and grand kids and I felt about the same as yesterday. It’s now bedtime and I need to read a book about Mercy the pig to Zoë so this blog entry is very short.

Remember my neighbor who lost a lot of weight due to the cancer and chemo??  It must have been horrible for him because I was informed today that he killed himself yesterday!!!  Poor fella.  I really, really feel so badly for his mother!  I hope she will be okay.  She has a brother and a son nearby so maybe she will be okay. I sure hope so.  This is bothering me quite a bit, but it just highlights again how very lucky I’ve been through this whole process.

I plan to have another good day tomorrow. I hope you will too!!
